Community service is an important part of our annual Catholic Schools Week celebration. This year we ran a drive to collect items to create care packages for frontline workers and we were completely overwhelmed with the generosity of our school community! As a school, we were able to make 300 care packages to give to frontline workers. Each care package included: water, Gatorade, snacks, candy, mints, hand sanitizer, lotion, and Chapstick. Each bag was made complete with a label reading, “made with love by St. Mary Parish School students”.

Care packages were distributed to the: Greenfield Police and Fire Departments, Franklin Fire Department, Milwaukee Fire Department, Kenosha Police Department, along with the Froedtert and Children’s Hospitals. All of the departments and hospitals were extremely grateful for the care packages and the kindness displayed by our students and our school community. Many thanks to everyone who helped make this outreach project such a great success!
