Music and art classes are an integral part of our curriculum at St. Mary Parish School. The Fine Arts department offers experiences in the visual, aural and written arts. Through a program of hands-on activities, critical analysis, historical study, observation, appreciation and performance, our students are called to interact creatively and responsively with one another in our school, our community, and our world.
Understanding that each child is unique with individual abilities, experiences and needs, the Fine Arts Department provides for the Painter, Singer, Sculptor, Dancer, Visionary, Actor, Do-er and Dreamer.
Performances for all grade levels are held throughout the year, and our students’ artistic inspirations decorate nearly every hallway and corridor of St. Mary Parish School.
